• CAN I ADJUST OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. during this time we cannot add or remove items from your order. 

CROKCLO.COM wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but in case there is a problem, we gladly offer easy returns.

 

• WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF MY ORDER?

The most common reason is an incorrect e-mail address or the confirmation e-mail has been caught in a junk mail filter. Please make sure that you have correctly entered your e-mail address and check your spam folder. Please contact us if you need a confirmation e-mail to be re-sent. 

•How long does my order take?

•Due to high demand and custom preparation, the delivery time is approximately 2–6 weeks. All orders are currently treated as pre-orders.

• Where is my order shipped from?

 All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our location. We use trusted shipping providers for international delivery.

• WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

Of course we want every customer to be happy with their CROKCLO purchase, so if your product becomes defective within a year after the date of purchase, you can email our customer service team to explain your claim. Please add some photo's of the problem and add your order number.

We cannot take products in as warranty when:

• The item is not bought on the CROKCLO website. Please contact the point of purchase in this case.
• Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, high heat, sharp objects, etc.).
• Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
• Damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product.

   

•Can I return my order?

•Since our products are made-to-order or limited, returns are generally not possible. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
